Your apartment home has as much space as you want or need. There are nineteen unique floor plans with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms to choose from. Most apartments have balconies and all have central air conditioning, cable TV and extra storage space. And just for convenience, there is underground heated parking and guest suites for up to 6 visitors for holidays or special events.

For your dining experience, you’ll find a menu of choices from quick snacks in our deli to complete dinners in our attractive dining room. We offer one delicious and nutritious meal per day in the Fireside Room that has views of the city of Apple Valley and beautiful sunsets. Each apartment is equipped with a full kitchen in which you can create your favorite meal. The Apple Valley Deli and Convenience Store, located in the lower level, offers another option for lunches or snacks. There are also regular trips to nearby grocery stores and make sure that you join the Lunch Bunch for weekly lunch outings.
