What We Offer
Chapel View is known in the community for our dedication and quality of services. Chapel View is where aging men and women can live in dignity at the highest level of their abilities. We offer high quality 24-hour nursing care services for long-term and short-term care in an environment that administers to the body, mind, and spirit. The Chapel View care team consists of a physician and nurse practitioner, registered dietician, and social worker. And our dedicated staff and volunteers provide medical, nutritional, social, and spiritual services that add up to optimal living for those we serve.

Transitional Care
Augustana Chapel View offers transitional care on our campus. We provide private and semi-private rooms to our residents who require on-site state-of-the-art rehabilitation services, provided by Augustana Therapy Services. This helps to stabilize health conditions, promote wellness, and enhance comfort. We also offer specialized nursing services and medical monitoring, as well as other transitional care services.

Our caring staff and dedicated volunteers organize outings, monthly birthday parties, an intergenerational program, music therapy, pet visits, and other activities to promote a rich and satisfying lifestyle. Our full-time chaplain attends to the spiritual needs of our residents and their loved ones. The Augustana Chapel View chapel, built in 1999, provides a beautiful setting for weekly ecumenical worship services. Other amenities include: personal laundry and linen service, a secured environment, a 24-hour on-site staff, a beauty salon and a gift shop.
