Augustana Open Circle Adult Day Center provides many of the same attentive services as in-home care or a work placement center, but with increased socialization and planned activities focusing on balancing the mind, body, and spirit. What We Offer
Our structured program is staffed by an interdisciplinary team focusing on rehabilitative therapies. We offer physical, occupational and speech therapy. Regular visits from a dietician, audiologist, music therapist, craft specialist and community volunteers ensure an environment that promotes healthy living and personal independence.
