- Education about the faith diversity of our community
- Platform for learning how different cultures view the relationship between faith, healing and quality of life
- Free Valet parking will be provided
- Free Ceu’s will be offered for nursing and social workers
Rev. Myo-O Marilyn Habermas-Scher, a Soto Zen Buddhist priest, in the lineage of Dainin Katagiri Roshi has an extensive background in the performing arts, including choreography, opera, vocal improvisation, performance art and story-telling. She is also trained in a number of body-mind practices, including Qi Gong and Body Mind Centeringâ„¢. She is the originator of VoiceWorkâ„¢, a body-based voice training, which she offers in private practice and she has taught at several colleges and universities. In addition, she has given voice healings at Pathways, a complementary healing center in Minneapolis, Minnesota for 17 years.
