Apple Valley Villa and Augustana Health Care Center of Apple Valley are locally owned and managed by Augustana Care Services. Together, they form a community based senior campus that is conveniently located adjacent to the Apple Valley Medical Center.

Your apartment home has as much space as you want or need. There are nineteen unique floor plans with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms to choose from. Most apartments have balconies and all have central air conditioning, satellite TV and extra storage space. And just for convenience, there is underground heated parking and guest suites for up to 6 visitors for holidays or special events.

For your dining experience, you’ll find a menu of choices from quick snacks in our deli to complete dinners in our attractive dining room. We offer one delicious and nutritious meal per day in the Fireside Room that has views of the city of Apple Valley and beautiful sunsets. Each apartment is equipped with a full kitchen in which you can create your favorite meal. The Apple Valley Deli and Convenience Store, located in the lower level, offers another option for lunches or snacks. There are also regular trips to nearby grocery stores and make sure that you join the Lunch Bunch for weekly lunch outings.

Adult Day Center
We now feature an Adult Day Center, located on the lower level of the Villa. The ADC opened in April 2011 with a mission to serve participants and their caregivers by providing health and therapeutic services to the loved one. A full day of stimulating activities, entertainment, social interaction, lunch, snacks, and additional on-demand services can help your mom or dad to live a fuller, healthier, happier life. Memory Care Suites
Located on the Villa’s 5th floor, these secured suites feature a panoramic view of Apple Valley, 2000 square feet of space, 24/7 staffing, and an excellent alternative to nursing home care. New carpeting, paint, flooring and furniture make this one of the most inviting and exciting additions to our campus in a long time.
