The seventh annual Tucker Wild Game Dinner was held on February 25, 2012, to support Augustana Care’s spiritual care expansion. Over 210 people attended the event, raising $35,000 that was made immediately available for this vital expansion. Thanks to many wild game donations and the work of Chefs George Serra and Alan Stewart, attendees enjoyed dishes made from venison, goose, pheasant, partridge and other types of game. Entertainment was provided by a rousing jazz quartet from our neighbors at North Central University.
