Chef Serra of Table Talk Catering

Born in France, Chef George Serra studied under the world premiere Saucier - Pierre Dusouchois. From there, he has had the privilege to work in such exotic markets as Nairobi, Kenya, Singapore, Hong Kong, the U.S. Virgin Islands, New Orleans & the world famous Waldorf Astoria in New York City. Chef Serra has over 30 years of culinary arts experience.
